Tea Roasting & Drying Our facility is equipped with a "Class A Roasting and Drying Room" that utilizes Class A hot-air dryers to eliminate excess moisture from the tea leaves. This effectively reduces their moisture content, ensuring optimal preservation and extended shelf life. In addition, we feature a specialized "Electronic Roasting Room" capable of roasting tea leaves to precise degrees according to custom requirements.
Blending & Quality Inspection In the "Blending Room," tea leaves are loaded into blending barrels and thoroughly mixed. Quality control (QC) personnel then visually inspect the leaves for foreign objects, while "Metal Detection Equipment" is deployed to eliminate any metallic impurities.
Once the production line team packages the tea into bags, "Moisture Analyzers" are used to precisely measure the moisture levels within the tea leaves. Finally, at the "Tea Tasting Counter," personnel weigh the tea into evaluation cups for brewing, sensory assessment, and grading.
